Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using MilPay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Description of Service
MilPay is a financial planning and tracking tool designed specifically for U.S. military service members. The service helps users:
- Track Leave and Earnings Statements (LES)
- Calculate TSP contributions
- Plan savings goals and debt reduction
- Budget for PCS (Permanent Change of Station) moves
Communications
By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails necessary to operate your account, including billing notices, security alerts, and important service updates.
Marketing or promotional emails (such as newsletters, pricing updates, or feature announcements) will only be sent if you explicitly opt in. You may withdraw your consent at any time through your account settings or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
No Government Affiliation
MilPay is a privately operated platform and is not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), or any military branch.
For official pay information, consult DFAS or your installation finance office. MilPay is an independent tool for personal financial planning.
Not Financial Advice
MilPay provides planning and informational tools only. It does not provide financial, tax, or investment advice.
All projections, calculations, and estimates are for planning purposes and are not guarantees. For personalized financial advice, consult a qualified financial advisor.
User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring the accuracy of the data you enter
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Subscription & Billing
MilPay offers both free and paid (Pro) subscription tiers:
- Free Tier: Limited access to basic features
- Pro Tier: Unlimited access to all features ($3.99/month or $39/year)
Pro subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel anytime through your account settings. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Share your account with others
- Scrape or collect data from the service using automated means
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of MilPay are owned by MilPay, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
MilPay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MilPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email (to opted-in users) or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
